Boreal Core provides AI infrastructure services including GPU compute, model training, MLOps, and related technology services. Specific service terms will be detailed in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by or licensed to Boreal Core. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. User Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information, (b) use our services lawfully, (c) not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, and (d) comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Data Processing
Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. For AI infrastructure services, specific data processing agreements (DPAs) will be provided as part of service contracts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Boreal Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Service Level Agreements
Specific uptime guarantees, support terms, and SLA details will be outlined in individual service agreements for computing and infrastructure customers.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
