Headquartered in Oslo, Norway with a vision to build and lease AI factory infrastructure powered by clean Nordic energy to operators worldwide.
Stensby Data Center — Building Now
A data center facility in Eidsvoll Minnesund currently under construction. Phase one live at 3.5 MW. Engineered to scale to 303.5 MW for lease partners.
Lease-Based Onboarding
We provide the infrastructure space, power, and facility. Partners lease it to run and operate their own AI factory workloads — they bring the hardware and team.
Education & Collaboration
Building an Omniverse Campus alongside the facility where lease partners and learners collaborate, train, and innovate together on sovereign Nordic soil.
